ADA/Non-Emergent Medical Transportation (NEMT) in Bend, Oregon and surrounding communities

**Non-Emergent Transportation (NET) implies that a client does not require or receive medical attention or services during transport**

If you or your loved ones require special equipment to get around, then this is the service for you! Whether you or your loved one uses a  wheelchair, a mobility device (such as a walker), or just need some additional assistance getting into vehicles,

NET  Wheelchair Transportation Is Our Specialty!

NET Wheelchair Transportation is designed for clients that need to remain in their wheelchairs during transport.

How Does It Work?

Each of our vehicles is supplied with specialized wheelchair equipment and is compliant with ADA specifications. Here at Modus, we operate vans with manual ramps or electronic lifts. Wheelchairs are secured using an industry leading 4-point chair securement system. Additionally, passengers are secured using a shoulder harness similar to a standard seat belt system. Our drivers are trained in proper technique for loading/unloading wheelchairs into our vans and are committed to ensuring passenger safety and comfort.

NET Ambulatory Transportation- (Non Wheelchair) Ambulatory implies that clients can get in and out of vehicles and sit in a regular passenger seat, but may need a little extra time or assistance to do so. Our drivers are prepared to offer that extra assistance and ensure passengers make it into their appointments or destinations.

No Matter when or where you need to go, Modus Transportation is ready to help you get there!
